EXCHANGE PROCESS

To request an exchange, please contact National Electric Store within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Reason for Exchange
• Clear photos or videos, if the product is damaged or defective

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the product is eligible for exchange.

Once your exchange request is approved, our team will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the product.

The returned product will be inspected before the exchange is processed.
